Our Chef's Menu features 5 courses of seasonal food. Fresh seafood any oysters from Zeeland are the focus. All brought together with highly experimental flavors and serves. Or, try one of our creative bar bites, served late night.
Our space features a gallery space with modern art work, and our energy is welcoming and casual. The perfect place to explore new flavours!
The rich history of our building is reflected in our connection to the local arts community.
The concept of Zeeuw & Schot incorporates both the talents of Chef Randy Karman and Bartender James Chaib. The drinks and food are meant to perfectly compliment each other.
We offer a 4 or 5 course carefully curated Chef's Tasting Menu with optional low A.B.V cocktail or "mocktail" pairing.
We have two seatings, 18:00/ 18:30 and 22:30/21:00
In the evening, we have cocktails and a la carte dining.
We offer a seasonal cocktail menu telling the story of our building. As with any quality cocktail bar, house classics will always be available.
The bar food is made with the same fine dining care as during the day, but in a more casual format and ordered a la carte. Portions are such that 3-5 plates are a nice dinner for two people.
